SiteOps ("we," "our," or "us") is a mobile field management application built for construction crews. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the SiteOps app.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use SiteOps:

• Account information: Your name and email address, provided when you sign in via the invite link sent by your company admin.
• Photos: Photos you capture or import through the app, along with GPS location and timestamp metadata.
• Field reports: Daily report content you submit, including weather, crew count, work completed, materials used, and notes.
• Purchase records: Receipt information you log, including vendor name, amount, category, and project.
• Device information: Push notification token (used only to deliver in-app notifications to your device).
• Location data: GPS coordinates are captured at the time a photo is taken to tag it with the job site location. Location is not tracked continuously.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to operate the SiteOps app for your company:

• To organize and upload photos, reports, and receipts to your company's Google Drive account.
• To associate your activity with the correct project and crew.
• To send push notifications about project activity (e.g., photo tags, comments).
• To display crew activity summaries to company administrators.

We do not use your information for advertising, analytics services, or any purpose unrelated to operating SiteOps for your company.

3. Data Storage

All photos, reports, and receipts are stored in your company's Google Drive account. SiteOps does not operate its own long-term file storage. Project and user data is stored in a secure database accessible only to your company's SiteOps instance.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• Google Drive / Google APIs: Files are uploaded to Google Drive on behalf of your company. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Expo Push Notifications: Device push tokens are passed to Expo's notification service to deliver notifications. Expo does not have access to your personal data beyond the token.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Data Retention

Your account data is retained as long as your company uses SiteOps. Photos, reports, and receipts stored in Google Drive are managed by your company and subject to their retention policies.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the email address below. We will respond within 7 business days.

7. Children's Privacy

SiteOps is intended for use by adults in a professional workplace context. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
