How do I get access to SiteOps?

SiteOps uses an invite-only system. Your company admin will send you an invite link via email. Open the link on your iPhone to accept the invitation and create your account.

Where are my photos saved?

Photos are uploaded to your company's Google Drive account, organized by project name and date. You can access them from any device by opening Google Drive.

What happens if I lose internet connection on the job site?

SiteOps has an offline queue built in. Photos and data are saved locally on your device and automatically uploaded when your connection is restored.

How do I log a receipt?

Tap the "Log Receipt" button on any project card or inside the project detail screen. Fill in the vendor, amount, category, and date. A PDF receipt will be generated and saved to Google Drive under the project's Receipts folder.

How do I submit a daily report?

Go to Profile → Tools → Daily Report. Fill in the report fields for the day and tap Submit. Reports are saved to Google Drive under your name.

My project list is out of date. How do I refresh it?

Go to the Profile tab and tap the sync button. The app will pull the latest project list from the company spreadsheet. The list also syncs automatically every 15 minutes.

I can't sign in. What should I do?

Make sure you're using the same email address your admin used to invite you. If you still can't sign in, contact your company admin to verify your invitation is active, or reach out to us using the email below.

How do I delete my account or data?

To request account deletion or removal of your data, email us at the address below. We will process your request within 7 business days.
